21 DAY FIX CHEAT TIP
An easy to remember and execute cheat tip. Use your green containers to count your veggies, yes…. but you don’t have to count green leafy veggies at all. Have as much as you want as long as you have the appetite to still consume your allotted other containers. GREEN LEAFY VEGGIES ARE FREE! But do count anything you dress them up with!
