Maybe you’ve been following the release of PiYo with bated breath like I have… maybe not. I’ve got to say, I’m excited about this program. A body-weight-only, low-impact workout program that speeds up yoga & pilates so that we get a cardio effect also? Um yeah.. right up my alley.
And, if you are anything like me, your a little geeky and like to track stuff. I’m all about finding free, downloadable tracking sheets for all my Beachbody workouts. The glossy ones that come with the program are, well, GLOSSY. I just want to print out a sheet of paper from my home printer on normal paper and be able to use any writing instrument I can find.
